Bharat Gas — non payment of subsidy

tconsumer name - R.p ojha, consumer no. 35786, kohli gas servIce, 2 cylinder was delivered on 10/01/2014 and 06/03/2014 vide cash Memo no. 39355 and 456110 and amount paid Rs 1327 and Rs. 1165.5 respectively.subsidy amount have not been transfered in my pnb acc no. 051234 linked with adhar no. Howerver messages received dt 15/01/2014 and 7/03/2014 that my subsidy amount have transfered in my acc. But acc no. And bank have not been Indicated in mess. pls Intimate the same at earliest.
