Bharat Gas — Not Delivered Gas Cylinder even in one Month Booking

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Ram Murti, A-127, Laxmi Park, First Floor, Nangloi, Delhi-41, I have a gas connection in Bharat Gas no. 61583742, The agngy name is RATAWAL GAS SERVICE, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063. ( Ph[protected] I have booked the Gas Cylinder on 3.03.2015 but one has been passed they have not delivered to at home. Even they are not responding in positive manner. I had visited there on 1.04.2015 also to collection itself and call them many time but give the given of closing, one person Mr. Shiv who is responsible gave me a wrong contant no ( [protected]) and commit to deliver on 2.04.2015 but till not I have not received any response from them.
