Bharat Gas — Not delivering the cylinder

Hi, My Consumer Number is 5534 and agency name is Yamuna Gas Agency, Rajpur Chungi, Agra (U.P.). From quite some time, when i book the cylinder, i do not get the cylinder on my door step, when after visiting their office after 20 days, they tell us to collect the same from there itself and in a very rude manner.
