Bharat Gas — not delivery gas

Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Bharat GAS AGENCY HOWLY and my Consumer No. is 57070221. I had booked for Home Delivery of cylinder online on[protected] & the order no is[protected]. But till date, I have not received my refilled cylinder from the distributor. I have contacted the distributor several times but not getting any positive response. Some time they answer that they will not give the home delivery service. It is to be noted that this is not the first time I am facing such type of problem from the distributor.
