[Resolved] Bharat Gas — not providing booking slip by agency, not answering properly and lack of safety | |||
Respected sir, I had booked gas on 18 November 2013. however I didn't receive it even after a month. so on inquiry I learnt that the staff of amardeep agency which work for Bharat Gas in our area was on strike due to internal problem. So Agency instructed to collect booking slips by customers. I went to collect the slip on 4/12/2013. However I could not get the booking slip like others and instead no slip was mentioned on the book. The lady told me you can get the cylinder on showing the book. While I took the book to the godown of bharat gas cylinders, the delivery man told me you have to come yourself with empty cylinder and get the cylinder as it has mentioned no slip. when i took my empty cylinder at the godown, he refused to take the cylinder in. I saw the men as well as women bringing their empty cylinders in and taking filled gas cylinders on there own, even when many delivery men available at the spot. The same men bring the filled cylinder at home. but now they were refusing to help. secondly considering the point of safety how the people were allowed to enter the godown where filled gas cylinders were kept without safety check. how could you guarantee that every person entering the godown was safe to society / nation considering the govandi area.
