Bharat Gas — Not receiving the subsidy

I Mr. Sant Kumar Tyagi holding a Bharat Gas Connection No.[protected] recently transferred from NSG Gas Agency, Manesar, Gurgaon Haryana to Bhawani Gas Agency, Sadh Nagar New Delhi-10045 . 02 filled Gas cylinder released by the agency to me but subsidy of both the cylinder not received till date. on asking about subsidy agency rep said that, " Bharat Gas not releasing subsidy to released cylinder on transfer" Sir is this right or wrong ? I want to Know actual policy of subsidy.
Sir, please clear above fact and if I m eligible to take subsidy please approach concern officer to reimburse the subsidy otherwise mail the policy under which I m not entitle to take the subsidy.
