Bharat Gas — Poor & Delayed LPG Service

Sir I am having a LPG connection with an agency of Bharat Gas at Jalandhar (Punjab) i.e. Kanwal Gas Agency with connection no.9263, I booked the cylinder on 3rd Feb 2015 with booking reference #[protected] but still i have not got the supply of cylinder and facing a very poor service.
