Dear Sir,
My consumer No is 59910748. We are having only single Cylinder connection. For one year, we have not bought any cylinder since my wife went to her native place, to deliver the child. Because of that my account turned as inactive. When I approached the agency, they asked me to give a request to make my account as active. I have given that same. But its not active for more that 10 days. Then I approached the customer care of Bharat Gas with the request that please arrange for the cylinder with immediate effect after activation. I have booked the cylinder on the same day of activation. But till now I have not received my cylinder. When I try to contact the agency and also the customer care, no one is picking the calls. I have tried for so many times. Finally I have decided to write the compliant.
I have already submitted the Adhaar details, to my Agency. But I got the information from your customer care, that my Adhaar details not updated in my account. We are suffering a lot with 6month old child, without gas. Nearly one month is going to complete without the cylinder.
Kindly look into this matter. And try to solve it with immediate effect.
