I have checked online portal and found that non-subsidy consumer service activated on 13th August, 2014. I have given LPG delivery request on 5th Sep 2014 and on 6th Sep 2014 distributor responded that you have activated non-subsidy consumer category and LPG cylinder price for you only INR 950. I am not Ambani or any big entrepreneur to brought gas in double price from distributor. If any erred data updated through your transparency server kindly do the correct as facility of subsidy consumer. They have been replied email sent for correction. but today Mr Sounil Kumar, Dy. Manager-sales, LPG, BPCL, Bhubanesdwar responded by email that indicated in below for your ready reference:- This is with reference to your mail on the subject. We have noted the content of your mail and would like to state the following : 1.The option for opting out of subsidy requires a person to login and after login. 2.If a person is not a registered consumer, he is required to register first and that too involves many steps. 3.Once a person has the login id and password he has to login and then select the opt out of subsidy icon on the customer console. 4.After clicking on the same a message appears asking the consumer to click the option to opt out. Again a message appears asking him to confirm. 5.Further the book cylinder icon is the first icon on the customer console while opt out of subsidy is the last icon on the dash board. Therefore it is highly improbable for any person to opt out by mistake as there are so many steps before one could opt out. 6.As per the present policy on opting out of subsidy, once a customer opts out of subsidy, there is no option to revert back to subsidized cylinder during the current financial year. Nobody does not wants to de-activate getting its better facilities. So, requesting you to kindly go through it and take immediately action for deactivate this worst facility to make normal people happiness. I hope to hear from you soon with support.
