[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Staff Behaviour at gas Agency

I am having LPG connection from your company. My distributor is Kalavati Gas Service, Virar - West. My consumer number is 63532832. I have submitted form to register my mobile to gas agency about 08 days back but so far it is not yet registered and due to which I am not even able to book a cylinder. I have given two land line number on my gas blue book but both the numbers are out of Service since last one week so not able to contact them. Being a Holiday on 01 Jan, yesterday I went to Kalavati gas Agency to resolve my problem. I was very stunt to see the scenario there. Total 04 staffs are deployed but no one bothers to listen the complain. In my previous mail, I wrote very clearly that, you keep trying to call there but result is zero, and yesterday I came to know the reason for not getting call connect ...Myself I have seen that Telephone Receiver was intentionally kept off from the instrument. I asked that lady staff about not keeping receiver in proper position. She replied very rude that " To kya karu ? " " Aap ko jahan Shikayat karni ho kar sakte ho" Pl see the attached photo, I took at your Gas agency. She was very bold enough to reply so, because She know that there is No one will take any action. This shows that Branch Manager is aware of such non sense issues at Agency and still, He supports. Such thing happens in only such condition where staff knows that nothing is going to happen, They do not have fear of job loss, They do not fear of getting their salary cut. You are requested to take appropriate action to get the staff correct so as they behaves properly and using the instruments given to them for the benefit of customers.
