Bharat Gas — Till date Non receiving the LPG subsidy

Dear Sir/Madam, I am the domestic consumer of Bharat Gas Agency. My Consumer number is 15204 of Rajesh Gas Agency, Amravati. I have booked LPG Gas Cylinders several times but till date I have not receive any type of subsidy in my bank account. Even though www.mylpg.in showing the subsidies given to me. Please provide me the information about subsidy given.
