Bharat Gas — Transfer Of Ownership from Husband to Wife----Clarification of Charges

My consumer no is 408201 I have given request to do change of ownership from my father Mr.Ashok Bhatia to mother name Kanchan Bhatia due to demise of my father, the details are updated in records but distributor is asking to pay Rs. 700- for change of ownership, However i have submitted all the documents, Kindly confirm is there are any charges for the same.Also confirm me that my account is linked under bank for subsidy and can i order for refill booking of my cyclinder as of from now onwards.
