Bharat Gas — Unable to join DBTL scheme

Hello Sir/Madam, It has been around 1 month passed of my Adhar no has been seeded from both the side to avail DBTL scheme. But still whenever i check my DBTL status it shows pending. I am unable to understand what is the issue? Why is it showing still pending status? There is no process through which you can check what is the current status ? so, would you please advise me how can i available DBTL scheme to Me? For your reference below is my consumer Id.
