Bharat Gas — very rude customer care and i can not create my account online

The crap system is run by bharat gas and their online customer care are very rude.
I have called several time to ask how can I create login user id as this the system shows "Input data is not correct."

First they talk very rudely and then they say there is no number registered however I have visited personally and confirm that my mobile no is updated. I have seen this on their computer screen.

Please can anyone let me know how can I do this and file complaint against Bharat Gas for very rude behaviour.
