Hello Everyone, we had a nightmare experience 2 weeks back with a horrible serviced Travel Agency based in Bengal Kolkata called Bharat Ki Darshan. It was the worst ever experience with these uneducated cons... It is a company of few fraud and unprofessional people who just trap innocent people. If you have already booked with them then all the best but if you read the reviews and plan not to choose this company you are lucky enough... Seriously there's a team of people named Arindam, Sushant, Pooja, Varun, Shwatabdi, and Biswajit They all gave fake names however we came to know while the Tour began by tracking their phone calls among their agents. One of them would contact you to book the tour and would disappear after you pay the advance. They have a strong tie-up with Hello Travels Company and I am sure they pay local administration and antisocial as well. They would never refund if you cancel the tour and if by chance you reach the destination they would provide nothing of what is committed The hotels or car mentioned in the it entry are just a dream. None of them would meet you as a tour manager or talk to you after that. The guy who was sent in half of the Tour Varun was a BIG BIG Rascal and seemed more like a "Dalal" than a Tour agent. He was being controlled by another named Arindam the Owner. He openly threatened all the tourist to get us killed in the destination where we were staying. It was a Religious Tour but turned into a harassment with old citizens. Tourism department should cancel the license of such companies who are sitting back and cheating their customers.. Kolkata police should take an action after so many complaints of customers and the ones who have been cheated. The good reviews about the company are just fake.. It was a nightmare to be in touch with such a co any ever..Shame on Calcutta people and Shame on Bengal. We lost around 1 Lakh 30, 000 Rupees or more. This is the man who ran away and escaped the last night when we tried to get confirmation of our tours and a professional cheater and criminal. Another Big Cheater and Fraud Agent-https://www.facebook.com/susanta.behera.5891?fref=ts named Susanta. He was all talk and no show, and all the 3 have to be arrested and be in Jail soon. They claim on the website that "India's Leading Travel Organisation for Last 52 years" I verified with Tourism department, they have no record of such a company. There is another company called Bharat Darshan a Legit one, these scumbags are just taking the Brand name and sucking people's blood. Mamata Banerjee should do something about such mean Cheaters. I got cheated by his company investing a lot of money as they said it was Bharat Darshan Franchisee and the company also operates as Travels More which is another authentic company in Delhi. Our Request to Tourism Department and local police is to investigate this Fraud agent.
They started this FAKE COMPANY THIS YEAR AND THEY ARE ADVERTISING T IS FOR LAST 52 YEARS. I REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT OF BHARAT DARSHAN THEY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAIST HIM AND PUT HIM IN JAIL.MOST POSITIE REVIEWS IN HELLO TRAVELS ARE MADE HIS OWN WORKERS AND THE NEGATIVES ARE ALL VICTIMS. LIKE ME. THEY MADE A TOTAL BUSINESS OF 40 LAKS BY TIS TRICK. THEY ARE NOT EVEN A ISO CERTIFIED AGAIN ONE MORE LIE.

I travelled through your agency from Bagdogra to Darjeeling/Sikkim from 24th November to 29th November 2014.
This is not the way of doing business & taking people for ride. You have a bogus ISO certification???
I wish to narrate the bad experience I had when I visited northeast part of India, booked through a so called ISO certified travel agent BHARAT KI DARSHAN.
After weighing so many options, I got trapped to this so called ISO certified company. They promised me the sky to grab the order, but when the payment was made they started behaving indifferently.
Despite the fact that I had made 50% payment before the date of travel, neither was I updated with my itinerary properly nor was I given the hotel voucher in which I was supposed to stay with my family. As per the program given, I was to proceed to Gangtok the capital of Sikkim first from Bagdogra airport. To my surprise I was told that I will be taken to Darjeeling first & then to Gangtok. After a tiring journey, I thought of relaxing in the good hotel which I was promised. There again I was cheated & accommodated in a cheap hotel where there was neither room heater(at 2 degrees cold) nor water in the taps. I was totally annoyed & wanted to contact the concerned. Despite my several oral/mail requests they never divulged the name & contact person of a responsible person.
Ultimately I took the number of one ARINDAM CHAKRABORTHY (mobile no.[protected]) when I spoke to him initially he was apologetic, later he showed his true colours. He is a royal cheat who cowardly hesitated to receive my calls & I had to take the help of the hotel receptionist to know my program as to where I would be going, which vehicle is coming at what time so on. He was operating under a different travel agency by name TRAVEL & MORE. I wonder why the initial agency bharat ki darshan was not responding.?? Shear lack of responsibility of BHARAT KI DARSHAN. SHAME TO THE ISO CERTIFIERS OT THIS AGENCY. A low class officer by name Samir (mob.[protected])was the guy who was frantically following up with me to book in bharat ki darshan.
Neither was I given a proper promised accommodation nor a proper vehicle & put me in great tension every now & then. I had to pay for my breakfast also which was initially promised at the package cost.

I had a terrible experience with Bharat Ki Darshan travel agent, they are fraud travel agents. i am gonna share my experience here
I taught of going Kerala trip and surfed for 2-3 days and found couple of agents and booked my trip with Bharat ki Darshan, here started my troubles.
For First couple of days they called me several times for confirmation of package, for that they(Bharat ki Darshan) have offered very good price and top rated hotels in Kerala and most luxurious car (Fortuner) and asked me to pay 20% of total tour cost as advance, remaining 80% will be paid after reaching kerala and they will send me all the confirmation details of hotels, Vechile and driver.
So, i paid 20% of advance and now started my troubles and made my cry ...
My travel date is nearing by, i called them several times, they don't respond to call ... if they answered the call they don't talk clearly and don't tell what they are expecting, they send a sms saying that "i am in meeting" or "i am in driving" but they never answer the call or they don't respond to SMS. if answered they say "the file is with Finance department or with some department and will get back to you in 1 hour", after that they don't answer the call and they wont call us.
Finally, the travel date has come and i started my trip with out details of hotels and driver. i said that i am starting my trip please provide the details, i have sent SMS, Emails, and calls they did not respond. That night they answered the call and said to pay remaining 80% and proceed with the trip. i'm in no mans land, either i don't have access to Internet and don't find banks to pay the cash in spite of agreeing 20% of pay is required. This was the terrible experience i had with Bharat Ki Darshan.
So, please guys have a clear review on the travel agent and book your trip

Our experience with Bharat ki Darshan was very nice. Hotel Central Heritage they booked for us is the best in Darjelin.I will go with them again

Excellent services from this agency in our North eastern holidays last 15 days back. We are surprised to see so many complaints for them in this forum but for us they are till now the best travel guide who cared and given so good services . I wish them more sucess .
Nice people in North east and very effiucient for us . We love to come again only with them
1. Everywhere they were given Hotel - 1. Puri, 2. Kolkata, 3. Tarapith 4. Gwahati ( 1 night extra - and that's why we cancelled their accommodation's in Varanasi with proper consultations. ) We have all the email proofs.
2. Everywhere vehicle is also provided as promised to them and we have all photographs and vehicle details also.
3. All time food has been given as promised and even as a gesture we have provided them Extra Parcel of Food in train.
4. We strongly warn them to withdraw all false allegations or else we will be forced to suite Harrasment case and Deformation case against them for false allegations against a trusted and reputed Travel Company
