Dear Sir, I Mr. Balasubramanya BT having a connection at Mahadeswara Gas Agencies at Mandya ( Karnataka State) CONSUMER NO. 18135 which has been blocked and I am not in the position to book the refil cylinder. I alreeady filled and submit the KYC at the office of the distributer. Please ask the distributer or the concerned authorities to release the blocked.
