Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Amount Paid on booking but Cylinder not delivered

Address:46/1 Girdharnagar Society,

I have booked Cylinder on 5th May 2022 with Ref no of 29430.
I have paid amount 1110/- at time of booking.

On 8th May I received message from Bharat Gas that your cylinder is delivered.
Till today I didn't received cylinder. I called 2-3 times to my distributor they told me that they will check and delivered but till today I didn't get my cylinder.

Also I can not complaint regarding this from Bharat Gas app or anywhere else.
