Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Bharat gas booking passbook and card

I have lost my bharat gas book and i forgot my customer id too. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Kindly provide me customer id and tell me how to get another gas book. Could you please show me a way to overcome this problem.
