Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Delivery didn't done of gas cylinder within due date

Address:Subbhaya gas agency, visakhapatnam, 530018

I had booked my cylinder on 11 oct 22. The total amount of 1061 rs. Deducted from my bank account for the same. But delivery of gas cylinder is still not completed on 16 Oct 22. Thing is not not regarding amount but for urgency. This is totally not accepted at all. Complaint no. Registered with BPCL service provider is 05085009 dated 15 Oct 22
