Dear sir/madam, Trust everything fine from your end!! I am shyam murari, consumer no. 49760062, Address:#90, grd flr, rotary water tank road, kothanur dinne, 8th phs jp nagar bangalore 560076. Having connection with ganapathy raja enterprise, jay nagar bangalore. About grievance: Case1: I have done booking last week for a gas, and yesterday received a sms "your booking got cancelled due to address got change" I am staying at my own house and there is no change on address. Why it happened: It happened because the vender demanded 35rs extra apart from bill amount and my wife refused to pay, she gave only 20 rs. Since i am staying at ground floor there is no additional effort to deliver the gas. Why people are misbehaving and asking for more money? I have reported this to distributer office but no action : (. Case2: After cancellation of 1st booking today morning i went to bharat gas agency and talk to office personnel. She suggested to book once again and i did it. Vender came to my place and was asking for 570 rs for 1 gas whether actual bill was rs. 535.50. My wife again disagree to pay. Then that person took gas away and not delivered by saying you have to come to office and receive gas from there only. Now what is your suggestion on it? Shall i encourage bribe system or i will have to surrender the gas connection. We are facing lot of problem due to this poor service. No one is there to ask reason for misbehaving an illiterate vender. Please answer my queries and help us. Thanks for your understanding!!
