Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — I am complaining about staff rude behaviour and refuse to re fuling by upi method

Me yashvardhan Chouhan from Jodhpur i went on bpcl petrol pump at Mhamandir
The staff of 4 no. Talk with me very rudely i was just making payment . After they said that the bpcl money detuct machine is not charged and telling why are are paying on that upi id you should pay on our patym qr scanner they just started shouting on me after 20 to 25 minutes they come with machine and fill the petrol. I want that u should take strict action on it .
