Dear Sir, I have consumer number 52100227 with Arihant Gas Agency Sholapur Bazar Pune 411001.
My complaints are:
1. I suddenly got an SMS that a subsidy amount of Rs 31.48 has been transferred to my bank account via cash memo 157144 dated 16/Sept/2016. I have never made a request for a cylinder. Obviously my gas number has been misused.
2. I have tried several times to give up the subsidy. However after spending one hour filling up the form we are supposed to get a one time password on both our e-mail and mobile. These one time passwords do not arrive - so the process cannot be completed. Why do you provide such a cumbersome procedure? Do you not want people to give up their subsidy's? Why do you require any more info then the details of their account and a declaration that they are willing to give up their subsidy???!!!
