[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum — Cheating in filling petrol

Yesterday, I visited the BPCL petrol pump on expressway, while returning from Mumbai to Pune. This pump is located just after Talegaon toll plaza. I wanted to fill 1500Rs petrol and one person previous to me had filled 500Rs petrol. So the employee kept me busy asking me to move my car further, while actually my car was at correct position. When I was getting out of my car to see the petrol filling in person, the second employee started asking me "Surf/Soap water" to clear my windshields. In fact it is there duty to bring that water with them. So when I saw the meter, it was moving slow and count was already 614Rs. or so. Later it started filling fast. I asked him why he didn't show me the zero reading before start of filling, he said it is by default "0" when previous person's filling is done. I asked him to show 5 previous sell readings, he refused it rudely. The other person at collection asked this employee to make sure to show "0" reading before filling henceforth. When I checked fuel indicator it was showing less reading then expected. I was cheated for 500Rs. With all this, I am sure that, this was the planned plot of those BPCL employees and they must have done this with many others. So be aware ... As far as possible please avoid visiting BPCL petrol pumps.
