Bharat Petroleum — gas connection is blocked without any vlalid reason

Sir, I have been visiting twice to thrice in a week to LVN bharat gas, for getting reason why my account is blocked ? 1. I submitted my bank account details to them almost 35 days back. 2. I submitted SV photocopy to them also last week. i submitted all the documents requested by them, but when i ask why my account is blocked, i could not get any answer. I booked cylinder almost 35 days back, but there is no delivery and no response also. I have submitted three complaints, but i am not able to get resolution to my problems.
