Bharat Petroleum — non-receipt of gas subsidy

my lpg id no is[protected]. i have received a message that transfer of lpg subsidy rs 281.64 has failed .my cash memo no is597080 dt 29-01-15.the reason cited was inactive aadhar number.but i checked with the bank as well as gas agency where the aadhar number is correctly entered. the bank account is active and operative . my aadhar no is[protected]. my bank account number is [protected] union bank of india mala branch . please do the needful to resolve the matter.
