Bharat Petroleum — Waste of time & Misbehave

On 14.07.2014 at 02.00 pm. I have gone to the petrol pump, Mohidin, Verna, Goa for fiilling petrol, the staff was sufficient approx 04 and there was only two vehicles during this time, inspite of this they have kept me waiting for 10 mins.Even after waiting for so long they have not filled petrol in my car, and after saying will complain you, they have said in rudely go ahead and do it.
