Reporting this from Shimoga. I've been using BSNL Bharat fiber broadband. from last couple of years, and the service has been mostly disappointing.
I've faced connection downtime multiple times. Once it goes down it takes hours to recover. And this is happening during peak usage hours. As first measure I try to call the guy who installed the connection, but he usually never picks up to address the issue 😐
Only way is to lodge complaint from bsnl portal - after this the issue mostly gets resolved but they take long time for this.
We chose to get bsnl connection as there no other option like Jio/airtel. It's just been really bad experience using BSNL broadband and I'm just regretting and adjusting with it. I'm sure this is the case with most of the other BSNL subscribers.
