My balance rs.59 has been deducted on[protected], for using internet but i had a working internet plan which was going to be over on[protected]. When i called customer care i came to know there was a technical problem and i was assured for refund of money back. But when i again contacted the customer care they refused to credit my balance and ask me to go to bsnl exchange. Even there nobody listen my problem and gave me number of bsnl exchange patiala, but nobody picks up the phone. Now when i contact the customer care they quote- " whatever the case be we are not going to refund your money". Even according to latest trai rules - 1st message is sent when 50% of data is used than 2nd @ 90% and 3rd @ when data pack is over. I haven't received any messages also about the use of data.
