Sub: complaint on bsnl bb bill for my phone[protected]A/c no: [protected]).
I have received the message for my bsnl bb bill (With out details)
Of rs. 3428 against bsnl account number [protected] generated on 06-dec-16 and to pay before 27-dec-16.
In this connection i have to inform the following details of my bsnl phone & internet connection:
1) in the month of february i have shifted from ashoknager to suchitra center. (Phone at my old home no:[protected].
2) on my request to shift the phone, the bsnl have allotted phone number as 27235154 for my new address after disconnecting phone at my old home (No:[protected].
Balance deposit amount of old phone is due to me from department.
But connection was not given @ my new address:flat 508, tnr north city residences near suchitra center on nh 44 service road
Jeedimetla village
3) after several times pursuance, they have informed that they have canceled the number allotted to me & asked me to apply fresh application for phone & internet connection to allot through fiber cable.
4) after paying prescribed fee along with application, i was informed on 22/3/2016 that number :29801392 has been allotted.
Receipt no hyd[protected]. Paid rs 1145. On 21/03/2016.
Even though the bsnl have allotted my phone number as 29801392 in the month of march they have not activated the service (Phone & internet) even after contacting the concern ato & dto.
The contractor karnakerreddy has contacted me and asked to apply again only through him to give connection in our complex: flat 508, tnr north city residences, suchitra center, hyderabad 500067. As such i have paid again rs. 3318/- per 3 months for 80gb @16 mbps

5) my bsnl service was activated on 24/8/2016, but the bsnl agent/ contractor karnaker reddy has given connection on 28/8/2016 night that to after several requests.
2) my plan is uld 995 and i have paid rs 3318/- as 3 months advance to get waival offer duly enclosing documents showing as i am retired government officer along with application.
3) my first bsnl erroneous bill received on 11/9/2016 through email.
In the bill for august it is mentioned current month bill amount as rs 2885/- (Connection was given on 28/8/2016).
I have given complaint to rectify the bill as per my plan from period 28/8/2016 and improve the speeds & service without disconnection.
Subsequently i have paid as per bsnl messages i) rs. 275/- in october &
Ii) rs. 222/- on 22/11/2016. Now i have received message to pay rs.3428/- with out detailed bill.
Further the amounts due from bsnl: 1) old phone 27637154 balance deposit amount & advance deposit towards std/ isd.
2) 2nd phone 29801392 application amount rs 1145/-
3) ont waiver amount
4) discount as i have retired as government officer (Superintending engineer. Details enclosed along with my application).
I request you to look into the matter to refund the above amounts or adjust in the present bill and send the revised bill at an early date.
