I got new phone line with broadband yesterday. The phone line works but the broadband connection doesn't work. It seems upsetting as it started irritating on the very first day itself.
My number is [protected] and my landline number is [protected]. I need someone to fix it soon. In the activation message I received, they didn't even give customer care number. See the below activation message I received from BSNL and think how a brainless guy must have sent me that message without customer care number in it,
" Dear Customer, Your Service has been activated from: 04/23/2016 12:39:37. Please Call Cust Care on: "
