Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Broadband service | |||||
I have bsnl land line broad band service. Since last @ 3 months i suffered from irregular service. I frequently complained @ the matter to the authority. But no fruitful sevices provided. Earlier the local exchange concern call to go at the exchange office with mordem to repair/ replace it. And if mordem is to be replaced i have to purchase from market. Then & then the service may restart. I am paying bill amount of rs.1150.00 (Avg.) per month. Pl. Give me proper guide in the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
