Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Can't make calls even after recharging

Hi

I recharged with Rs 98 on[protected] and I got a message saying the recharge amount is Rs. 0.000 and the new balance is Rs.0.000 and the plan is valid till[protected]. But when I tried making a call it said I did not have enough balance. Today I tried recharging again with Rs 37 and I got the same message saying the Recharge was successful and the balance is Rs 0.000. I tried making a call and got the same message that the balance is insufficient to make a call.

Please take necessary action to fix this issue so that I can retain my balance.
