Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Delay in Activation

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700039

Bought BANK sim with Number [protected] on 25.11.2016. I had mentioned my alternate number as well so as to be enable BANK to send me a message. The sim when inserted in mobile is showing tilted 'p'. Any attempt by me to call 1507 is showing "no network"

Will they be able to solve it within 24 hrs, else matter will go to higher forum.
