Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Landline disconnection charges | |||
I have disconnected my bsnl landline connection at Nashik.Bsnl has charged Rs.200 as disconnection charges in the final bill.It shows that customer should use the service, even he do not like it.This is the first time i have seen such a procedure.I have disconnected bsnl landline services because i was not satisfied about broadband services of BSNL. I have visited the bsnl sevice center at dooravani nagaar, k r puram Bangalore for converting my current sim to micro sim and experienced very rude behaviour from bsnl employee he is behaving like he is owing me very disappointed with bsnl services

Myself Pawan Kumar living in shimla.I had BSNL Number.[protected] which i lost on dated 21 /11/2016 when i was travelling from Delhi To Shimla.
I lost my phone.
