The service has been irregular for the last 18 months. Complaints to the local authorities are trivialized and a stock answer is given if persisted. The usual answer is the metro workers are cutting the cables.
The local exchange office and the concerned officers dare us to take the matter to higher authorities.
Is this the culture of your organization? If so please provide the full address of the telecom board chairman and that of shri ravishankara prasad. I wish to know from them whether this is the norm of bsnl?

In my area broadband/landline has malfunction forn 8 to 9 month after even lots of complain bsnl persons dont even care they are not repairing the line but keep sending us a bill even after connection was closed.
