Need to reactivate [protected]- as I lost the connectivity, I have submitted all my kyc documents while I got the number, I have now set up the many account recovery details linked to this number and need this on high priority.

I am a student so i can not pay more than decided amount.First, bsnl offered only pay 250 per month, but my first bill comes more than 749.how it is possible.I have 912 bill amount with additional charge of recurring of 142.So, please solve this big problem.
