My land line phone no.[protected] with broad band facility was out of order since 14th August. Due to holidays complaint could be lodged on 16th August.
For 15 days in-spite of continuous follow-up with local complaint office, with SDO and even with DET Panipat, the complaint could be attended yesterday on 31st Aug.
I dont know why SDO and DET could not got the complaint resolved. I have taken monthly plan, who will pay for the above period on non-utilization.
Can BSNL understand the harassment I have faced during this period. I have been twice in a day was requesting the authorities for getting the phone operational. I have personally met SDO and Divisional Engineer Technical.
This is happening almost every month or in 2 months. Two months back in June same had happened With Such a poor service it is difficult to continue with BSNL.
One can imagine the life now a days if phone and broadband is not working for 15 days continuously besides mental harassment for the complaint not being attending.
Why BSNL should not fix the responsibility?????
