I am the subscriber to cell phone number [protected] in Andhra Prdesh Circle of BSNL with Amulya Plan. The connection not completely worked out and I have received a message " Net work not available" to-day i.e.[protected]. 123 and 1503 of BSNL also not responded. Other consumers related to me has no trouble, I couldn't under stand why my only number discontinued and harrased without information either through phone number 123 or 1503 which were alloted for information and complaints. I am facing much difficulty for this kind of action to the customer. Take action and arrange compensation for the trouble given to me.
