Sir I have BSNL PREPAID NO. [protected] in Punjab State. Due to third class service of BSNL I wanted to port out of BSNL dated 16.8.2021 but no porting message was sent After contacting BSNL customer care, I came to know that I have to recharge my number Rs147/- for Porting out of it. Please let me what kind of policy this is?It is a sheer. Blackmailing from the BSNL.
