Hello Team, I have made an BSNL Landline bill payment of Rs. 297/- from my SBI Buddy . dated 06/01/2017. However the receipt was not generated and the amount has been debited from my account. My Tel no[protected]. Request you to kindly check into this issue and resolve at the earliest. Regards,

Dear sir/madam,
using sbi buddy I paid bsnl jan, 2017 bill of rs.297 on 6th jan, 2017.Rs.297 was debitted to buddy account.but it was not creditted to bsnl ac.The transction was failed on11th, jan, 2017 which i knew through bsnl.but it was not creditted to my buddy account.What can I do hereafter?please solve the problem and inform me immidiately.
