Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — not receiving bsnl landline bill

I had surrendered my old bsnl landline[protected] and broadband on 26-mar-2018.

I applied for new landline plan of rs. 49 per month with the same landline no as previous[protected]. After this plan change, i stopped receiving hardcopy of this landline connection i. E. Since apr-2018 onwards.

Also i had still not received security deposit refund for old landline phone surrender[protected].

I had to pay new sd for new plan.

Hello,
We have recharged number [protected] with 100 RS. But this money got lapsed and none of your Customer care number is working. If no action has been taken then we have to think of change service provider

There is no network in certain areas/ village of Jharkhand.. like barrsanr, garu, etc.. I request you to please take a step as soon as possible for the betterment of network issue we people are surving to talk..
