My landline number[protected] is dead for the past 10 days and I had lodged a compliant on 10.04.2023 with docket number[protected]. I had been following with your customer care [protected] and I get the same reply WE ARE ESCLATING AND STAFF WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY..!! When I ask them to transfer the line to the next authority the flatly refuse or say NO HIGHER UPS ARE AVAILABLE..!!
On one occasion (15.04.2023 @ 10.40 a.m) the customer care lady ANUBHAVI cut the phone abruptly...!!! One time they asked me to appeal online and I got a new docket number as[protected].
Till date no one has contacted me or no one has come to rectify.
Is this the service you give to your customers..?? No wonder people are switching to other private services..!!
Hope to get my phone rectified at the earliest.
