Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Poor signal strength

Myself Karthikeyan, residing in Puliyakalam kavalapatti village, Kavalapatti post, Palani taluk, Dindigul, Tamilnadu
We get BSNL signal from Papampatti bsnl tower, which is very weak.
The whole Kavalapatti and Puliyakalam and pondupulli and Aathumadu village people depend upon BSNL network as a means of communication, before 5 years, the network signal was proper, but now the signal is very very weak. The call often gets disconnected. We cant even seek help through this network in case of emergency!
So please consider this matter as a serious issue and please do the needful.
