Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Problem pending since last six months. Scheme upgrade from 4mbps to 16 mbps. Getting old scheme speed. Line gets disconnected very frequently.

Number of complaints made. Last six months problem pending.

1. Scheme upgrade to 995 combo in june, 16. Since then the problem developed. I never get the stipulated speed of 16 mbps. (Getting only 4 mbps)

2. Broadband gets connected and dis-connected continuously.

This is the fourth time lodging complaint on the site. Number of complaints made on 1500 and 1504.

Some engineer says this is software problem at bsnl bangalore. That is to be rectified.

Hoping to get your early reply (So far no reply from your side in response to my earlier complaints on the site)
