My data services were stopped although I have balance due to data exemption. So I have done 16 rupees recharge for data. I made this transaction on BSNL app and made payment through PAYTM UPI. It was shown that the recharge was successful and the transaction id is WMP[protected] and Bank ref no is[protected]. But I didn't get any message from BSNL about the recharge and I still didn't received any additional data. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible or else please refund my amount
