Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Refund of security deposit on surrender of my landline

I surrendered my land line no 2537050 under bidhan nagar, durgapur, wb on[protected]. My telephone has been disconnected and sms has come in my mobile [protected] on[protected].
My security deposit rs.2, 000/-less the latest bill of rs.449/-dt[protected] i. E rs 1, 551/-should be refunded to my bank a/c thru ecs within 60 days.
Three months have been passed, i have not received the said amount.

Respected sir, I request you to deactivate the hungama facilities installed without my acceptance and we have charged very high cost per month.So please deactivate hungama music and movies facility immediately in [protected]

Kindly de-activate Hungama movies, music and games from my account ...I have not subscribed for it ..Additionally, different amounts are added monthly with my land line account, on account of Hungama for the last four (4) months. Kindly de-activate and repay the amount. Please be noted that I will not be using it in future.

I we from akash enterprises, my number is [protected]. for this number i am getting some disturbing calls every day from below mentioned Number. kindly rectify the issue, they are calling and using bad language 7 asking some Bank details & some money. i am getting call from [protected]. i dont idea about this number & why they are calling.
