I have lost my sim. I got new sim from bsnl office osmanabad but it is not activate. I attach apolice compain copy and aadhar card with application form. I paid Rs 20 for new sim. i want same number of sim (i.e. [protected])

My wimax user id is [protected]@bsnl.in.There is no internet connection through this wimax for last two days.Please take urgent steps to rectify the defect,
