Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Regarding phone dead from 6 months

I complained many times but they told me that its jumphar is defected so can't be repaired. after some time they gave many complain no. but when i call they didn't listen to me. i turn my phone to one way. but after that they send me payment bill to pay bills of rs.705/- since 30/01/2017. i m forced to pay bills. do you think it's right to pay bill without using this service. so i request you to take correct actions towards this matter. i shall be highly obliged to you.hoping for the positive response from you.

Updated by shrawan kumar agrawal I complained many times that my landline phone is dead from last 6 months. they told me that its jumphar is defected so it can't be rectified. but i complained on no. 1500. they accept my request but my phone didn't get started, instead my call was in pending. now they send me bills to pay the telephone bill. i m forced to pay the bill. i think it is wrong and unfair. hope you will understand my problem and take right step towards this. i shall be highly obliged to you.hoping for the positive response in this regard.

I am getting threatening calls from this number, request you to please find out whose number is this and take necessary actions.

please get back to me as soon as poosible, as this is loife threatning calls and need to trace the man behind this soon.
