As on 25 march 2023, we have given application for shifting the BSNL broadband connection.Third party vendor Yogiraj telecom people said, it will take 8 days .Before that on phone call we requested to come and shift the connection.Again on 10th april we put grievance on BSNL portal ref no
BSNL-MH-2023-CU-XXXXXXXXX, in this the resolution given by them
"reply received from the concerned section, " vendor person is ready for shifting but the subscriber told him that a family member is ill, I will contact you .But the subscriber never contacted me or the vendor for shifting work I will send a vendor person for shifting work." AS WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM VENDOR AND NONE OF THE FAMILY MEMBER ARE ILL.THE TOTAL FRAUD IS GOING ON IN THE NAME OF GRIEVANCE .INSPITE OF THAT WE ARE CONTINUOSLY CALLING TO BSNL THIRD PARTY VENDOR AND NOW THEY ARE NOT REPLYING US ALSO.IT'S NOW ONE AND HALF MONTH NBUT STILL NO ONE CAME AND THE BILL IS COMING EVERY MONTH WITHOUT USAGE.
