Respected sir/madam,
I am unable to browse or work at home using internet as i get the below message with subject, [protected]@sdc.bsnl.co.in; subject: choose appropriate top up option on your broadband connection. if you see below or check the attachment, we have just paid excess mentioning one tme charges for restoration to higher speed. i can’t be paying excess like this with no real speed happening or to which i don’t access to work at home, when required.
In my opinion, private service providers are better than bsnl. there is no point in giving a decline or not needed message to carry on browsing and continuing with work. nothing gets accepted and the screen does not change or allow to work. finally, i have to shut down the system with a sorry note.
I need an explanation surely. i don’t wish the message to re-appear as the speed i work with is sufficient and if i need to increase to higher speed, i would bring to notice when required. if i continuously get the screen again and if i am prevented from working with ease, i am sorry to say, i will have to withdraw from using this service very soon and will switch over to a private service provider suiting my requirement and need.
